Pad Thai (Tăiței thailandezi)
Ingrediente:
- 200 g tăiței de orez
- 200 g creveți sau pui (opțional)
- 2 ouă
- 2 căței de usturoi, tocați
- 1 morcov, tăiat julienne
- 1 ceapă verde, tocată
- 1/2 cană germeni de fasole
- 3 linguri sos de pește
- 2 linguri sos de soia
- 1 lingură zahăr brun
- 1 linguriță oțet de orez
- 1/4 linguriță de chili măcinat (opțional)
- 1 lingură ulei de susan
- 1 lime (pentru zeamă)
- 2 linguri arahide prăjite (pentru garnitură)
Instrucțiuni:
- Fierbeți tăițeii conform instrucțiunilor de pe ambalaj și lăsați-i deoparte.
- Într-o tigaie mare sau wok, încălziți uleiul de susan și căliți usturoiul și chili-ul (dacă folosiți) timp de 30 de secunde.
- Adăugați creveții sau puiul și prăjiți până se gătesc complet.
- Adăugați ouăle bătute și amestecați până se coagulează.
- Adăugați tăițeii fierți, morcovul, sosul de pește, sosul de soia, zahărul și oțetul de orez. Amestecați bine și lăsați la foc mic încă 2-3 minute.
- Serviți cu germeni de fasole, ceapă verde, arahide prăjite și zeamă de lime.
