Supă Ramen
Ingrediente:
- 200 g tăiței ramen
- 500 ml supă de pui sau de porc
- 2 linguri pastă de miso (opțional)
- 1 ou fiert (pentru garnitură)
- 100 g carne de porc (tăiată subțire)
- 1 ceapă verde, tocată
- 1 lingură sos de soia
- 1 lingură ulei de susan
- 1 felie de ghimbir proaspăt
- 1/4 cană alge nori (opțional)
Instrucțiuni:
- Gătiți tăițeii ramen conform instrucțiunilor de pe ambalaj.
- Într-o oală mare, adăugați supa de pui sau porc și pasta de miso. Lăsați să fiarbă la foc mic, apoi adăugați sosul de soia și uleiul de susan.
- Tăiați carnea de porc subțire și prăjiți-o rapid într-o tigaie cu puțin ulei de susan.
- Adăugați tăițeii fierți în supa de ramen și lăsați să fiarbă încă 2-3 minute.
- Serviți supa în boluri, adăugând carnea de porc prăjită, oul fiert, ceapa verde și algele nori.
