Supă Cremă de Dovlecei – Rețeta Perfectă pentru Zilele Reci
Dacă ești în căutarea unei rețete ușoare, sănătoase și pline de savoare, supa cremă de dovlecei este alegerea ideală! Această supă fină și cremoasă, pregătită din dovlecei proaspeți, cartofi și un strop de smântână, este perfectă pentru a te încălzi în zilele răcoroase. În plus, ingredientele simple și naturale îi conferă un gust delicat, păstrându-i totodată valoarea nutritivă.
Prepararea este rapidă și ușoară, fiind potrivită chiar și pentru cei mai ocupați dintre noi. Poate fi servită cu crutoane crocante sau o felie de pâine proaspătă, oferindu-ți o masă completă și reconfortantă. Ingrediente:
- 3 dovlecei medii, spălați și tăiați cuburi
- 1 ceapă mare, tocată
- 2 căței de usturoi, tocați
- 2 cartofi medii, curățați și tăiați cuburi
- 1 morcov mediu, tăiat rondele
- 750 ml de supă de legume sau apă
- 200 ml smântână pentru gătit (opțional)
- 2 linguri ulei de măsline
- Sare și piper după gust
- Verdeață (mărar sau pătrunjel) pentru decor
Mod de preparare:
- Călește ceapa și usturoiul: Într-o oală mare, încălzește uleiul de măsline și călește ceapa și usturoiul până devin aurii.
- Adaugă legumele: Pune în oală dovleceii, cartofii și morcovul și călește-le ușor timp de câteva minute.
- Adaugă supa de legume: Toarnă supa de legume sau apa peste legume și adu la punctul de fierbere. Redu focul și lasă să fiarbă până când legumele sunt complet moi (aproximativ 20 de minute).
- Blenduiește supa: După ce legumele sunt fierte, folosește un blender vertical sau toarnă conținutul într-un blender clasic pentru a obține o cremă fină.
- Adaugă smântâna (opțional): Dacă dorești o supă mai cremoasă, adaugă smântâna și amestecă bine.
- Condimentează: Potrivește de sare și piper, după gust.
- Servește: Toarnă supa în boluri și decorează cu verdeață proaspătă.
Sugestii de servire:
Servește supa cremă de dovlecei alături de crutoane crocante sau o felie de pâine prăjită pentru un plus de textură.
